The Brief: 
We were tasked to find our client’s home in Sydney, that meets all of their needs. Their dream property would be in the inner Eastern suburbs, a terrace with great character that can be rented immediately and then turned into their home before they return. We were briefed to find the property that meets their criteria, planning regulations that allow for their desired renovation, negotiate the best purchase price, and be their eyes and ears on the ground for this purchase.

From negotiating with estate agents, engaging with local council on planning regulations, costs associated with potential renovations, managing our mortgage broker, even leading conversations with multiple legal, taxation and accountant teams, the boys quarterbacked the entire process and we couldn’t be more grateful!"
